Sorry again me,

Any one knows where to get airports scenary? I am a bit confused. I have been searching but can't find much. Only 2 or 3 payware for single airports. My question is. If out there are not much scenary (airports) how do you fly online as ATC will give taxi instruction and only can see rwys?

Regards

Search the download manager at www.x-plane.org there are lot of freeware sceneries available, I find searching by ICAO code works well - which airports are you looking for?

You should be able to find most of the major airfields. I usually search "EGLL London Heathrow" at x-plane.org and up they pop.

Also the Tom Curtis payware scenery is full of updated airfields.

With regard to flying on VATSIM just make them aware you are flying on XP and you can request "progressive taxi" if they do not line up properly between XP and the ground chart. Remember also-its a flight sim as opposed to a taxi/parking sim  Cheesy

Hi guys,

Manu thanks again. found the web and downloaded a couple of airports. I wasn't looking for any specific just thought it may be some type of package like say UK, or North america. Anyway, thanks so much for the help and hope you don't mind me asking so many questions.

Best Regards

Hello Manuel,

Have you tried sites like flightsim.com? The have plenty of scenery, amongst others.
