Empty Russian airspace

Something was strange to me, when we flew the Peking-Paris event in the Russian airspace, and it is still strange during the Trans-Syberian event: my Russian airports are empty ! And I even did not meet with Langoliers

So, I use ProjectAI, and just realised they do not have a single Russian package ! Anyone has some raw materials collected which I could install ? It takes too much time to collect these now. I did some manual airline installations years ago, but I remember that was a real headache. It is too bad PAI have not relelased somplete Russian packages.

I use World of AI (WOAI) packages Robert which are available at Flightsim.com and Avsim - I'm sure I've got some Russian packages from them, definitely Aeroflot, probably Transaero and a few more. I'm at work at the moment but I'll check when I get home

Wow ! I found a dedicated Russian page: RATS, aka Russian AI Traffic Systems. They havae lots of MANUALLY installable stuff Shame they do not have AEROFLOT at all !!!  I will check WOAI stuff too, thanx a lot Dom !

It is much better now, I installed plenty of local airlines, although I still miss the Western airplanes. Do not they fly into Russia, or only to Moscow ?

I guess mostly into Moscow and St Petersburg but I would expect to see a few Western airliners around since most airliner purchases in the last five years in Russia have been modern Boeing/Airbus/Bombardier types...

Yes, I saw the airliner range is very wide, not only good'ol Tu-154s. I checked today Sheremetevo and saw there a Swissair B737, a Türkish 737, and a Lufthansa A320 Life is coming back to my simulator... perhaps I install some Mig-31 Foxbats as well
