A screeny to make it obvious. This was taken using v 0.4.0 of IVAP (special install on my work machine, hence "defaults"), it was much the same in previous versions.
As you can see, in the "IvAp - Configuration" tool there is a tab called "Weather & Time". Start by turning off "Pressure smoothing" (assuming you are using FS2002) and work your way up, disabling "Wind smoothing", "Clear weather on disconnect" and "Weather Active" last. You can then click OK and start up your FS session as you would normally. Finally, once FS is running, start up ActiveSky (2004.5 in my case).

Its OK now, but my its kinda wrong, it should be {OST ELB BTA NORKA SODRI MERLU OMARD LERMA STP}
Edit:Sorry for posting so much. The site with LFML charts is down. What should I do?
