i should be legal to share it.......it's freeware after all but you have to include the readme and acknowledgement and stuff when you transfer it

I don' know why I didn't notice it before but you can download a version of FSUIPC from the suggested downloads page. I don't know which version it is though, so if you haven't tried that, it might be worth a look.
