Help please - award not showing

I'm sorry to drag an old horse off the stabel again. But has there been any progress in resolving the problem with the cobalt european award?

I also had checked flights off Karsten and thought I had reached Cobalt. However, I am now flying the European Capitals Tour to confirm that I have actually flown the 40 countries on the list. (I used the original 40 checklist when I tried for the cobalt but that didn't work so I've got fingers crossed on the Capitals Tour). I don't see how you can have flown the European Capitals Tour and still not have the 40 countries though ... that is confusing.
