Wee, looks like I *am* going to have to build this thread myself...
In my browsing round the intarweb I came across [ Luchtvaart Hobby Shop ] (link goes to their Flight Simulation section). They claim to be huge (and just looking quickly through their FS section, I am inclined to believe them).
They are located in The Netherlands, their pricing seems fair for GoFlight stuff (same as every other European supplier I have seen, somewhere close to $ to €) and their P&P costs are very reasonable (only want €10 to ship the very heavy GoFlight rudder pedals to the UK!)
