the only problem of EHM is that its an all-over Europe VA, which would make it much costlier.

Well, if it's going to be a European based low-cost airline, it would be wise to have a Hub in the middle of Europe, like Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris or Frankfurt.

Considering that Europe is already flooded with flag carriers and is going through consolidation, starting a full carrier in that region would be hard.......unless of course a few airlines consolidate into EuroHarmony! :>

If every primary airline of each European country would merge into this super carrier, money would never be a problem anymore :P Over a thousand aircraft in service and more employees any company ever had before ;D
Just think about it for a second: KLM, British Airways, SN Brussles, Air France, Lufthansa, Alitalia, Swiss, Iberia, Czech, Luxair, Malev, Icelandair, SAS, Finnair, Aeroflot...
We would have nearly every modern aircraft in service, including all currently in production Airbus and Boeing aircraft, plus the B737-200, -300, -400 and -500, ERJ135, 145, CRJ-200, -700, Avro, A340-200, MD-80 etc etc except I believe the B717
