I saw an advert on the tv for this, and thought that some of you guys/gals might like to check out the site.
EHM-1358 Tim:
Yeah I saw that, I asked my parents and they said its a bit far. :[ Well theres still the Valley photocall. ;D
EHM-1001 Robert:
I saw it last year in Budapest. It was in the dusk, over the Danube river, in front of the Capitol :>
Wow! It was so cool, I loved that.
EHM-1077 Emanuele:
Isn't it dangerous? Did any plane fall off the sky or bumped into each other?
ConcernedManu
EHM-1001 Robert:
Oh no! It is like a qualifying run in F-1. Every pilot makes his excercise, or qualifying "lap", and the winner is the fastest. If you make some mistakes, or dangerous movements to gain speed, then you got some extra time penalty.
For example on the 1st Hungarian event, there was a touch-down point on the track after a turn, and one of the pilots touched down too fast and left the track a bit. The judges felt it was a dangerous manouver (also against the spectators) and he got some penalty seconds for the total time.
