How to install LDS767 paint?

Hi Tim,

There are very comprehensive instructions on the install file, don't mistake it for ALL being copyright information ;)


--- Quote ---0) Install the LevelD aircraft and optionally update it with any availble patches.
1) Copy your existing LevelD texture folder to texture.EHM inside the LevelD 767 aircraft folder (usually FS2004\aircraft\LVLD_B763)
2) Open the aircraft.cfg of the 767 aircraft. If you have not installed any repaints yet, you will see a [fltsim.0] section on the beginning. Then add the following lines after, to the file (copy and paste there):

If you had installed some other repaints, you will find other  [fltsim.x] sections there, perhaps at the very end of the file. In this case, add the previous section to the file, but replace the 1 in the header to the highest value + 1, so if you had [fltsim.2] for last, then the header of the inserted section will be [fltsim.3], etc. If you have more [fltsim.X] sections with the same number, the airplane will not show up in the game ! ! !

3) If you did the above 2 steps, you can continue with this installation. Finish it, and you can start the game.

Thanks, I didn't find it in my install flie. ;D

It's in the installer itself BUT if you follow the instructions per se you will get an error. You must not overwrite any textures in the EHM folder.
