incorrect speed penalty

EHM-1281 Cyriel:
Today I got a speed penalty flying the shorts 360 from LPPT to LPAV. I was only going 170 IAS. The panel it self indicated a maximum possible of around 195IAS. Also FS did not generate an overspeed warning. Cost me another 290 points:o
