Ok Tim...Rub it in, I crashed

I was on final, landing checklist down to the line...ILS established and then i selected flap 40...
When using PMDG i move my speed selector to VREF, and then the plane kept loosing speed....
I slipped below the glide slope and had four red lights on the PAPI...So i disconnected the a/p and autothrottle, and applied full thrust for a go around.
I realised that is wasnt having effect on engine power so i pressed the TO/GA button (take off/go around) and this had no effect, so i made a turn and aimed for a field...AutoBrake on max..
Safely landed then hit a tree....How embarassing.

Any ways, does anybody have ideas as to what happened

Which PMDG are you talking about, the little one or the big one (or even the really little whiney one)?:)

The little one, I feel sorry for that farmer. Any cows die in the incident?
