Lisbao-Dakar - Leg 9 - S009 Nouakchott-Kiffa (UPDATED DEATH IN DAKAR)

For the second consecutive year, the Dakar caravan was stricken on the route towards Kiffa. Australian rider Andy Caldecott, victim of a massive accident, was killed instantly at km 250 of the stage.

Please all think of him , he died doing what he loved the most. Rest in peace Andy



Only one picture because after I had a birdstrike after my PONR I had to limp to Kiffa with just one engine ( I use FsPassengers)

Suddenly a window cracked at high altitude causing considerable decompression damage. Fast descending to FL 90. Reporting the emergency...
