Why some EuroHolidays flight have not departure and arrival time?

Because those are charter flights mainly, so you can decide about departure time.

EHM-1819 Andrea:
Sorry but I didn' t look at last Pilot Manual page but: "...EuroHolidays is a charter company, this means that te departure times and days can differ every day. We let you decide on wich day and on what time your aicraft departs...."
