Not enought ACARS

Today I flight with the fokker 70 from Madrid to Saragozza in PP. I did a perfect flight but when I had to submit the PIREP the flight logger said me that it hasn't enought ACARS to send between the Take off and the landing, so it can't know how many penalties I get....:% I counted the ACARS between the take off and the landing and they are 83. Why this number isn't enought?  Why does my PC had to be connected to internet during a PP flight? How can the flight logger submit PIREPs for PP's shorter flights with less ACARS?

Hi,

When it says that it means that the ACARS didn't record the moment of the "Takeoff" status or the "Landing" status.

Also, it could had happened because of 2 main reasons:

1. You turned it on when you already got airborne.
2. For some reason there was no internet communication between your computer and EHM site on that moment.

Sorry if it was second, but, as you know, we don't control that and it could happen to anyone

Thanks Bruno, my computer loses internet connection very often and fortuantely, I am not hungry with PP, it was a very short flight.....
