EHM-0641 Rico:
I know what it says...

I just want to know why i get them in all different languages

EHM-0654 Murray:
Well, anyone that understands HTML will know the ampersand/semicolon construction is one of the ways of encoding non-lowend ASCII characters (extended charater constructors is what I know them as),  "& amp ;" for instance is the ampersand character itself, and there are many others...

(EDIT: Grr. The forum software knows about extended character constructors and interprets them, so have added some spaces into the constructor above to prevent that... ordinarily that would be a single "word" without the spaces.)

Looks like the forum is attempting to send HTML and you're either reading it as plain text, or the forum itself isn't constructing the HTML well enough for the mail client to render it correctly.

The guiste of the last mail is that Garfield posted a reply in the "A Students Diary" thread (and a link to the post itself...)

No idea why the forum isn't sending out it's emails in your chosen language however (not a forum admin, so can't check it for you...) (EDIT: I can confirm that Rico has English set as his forum language however... the backend DB tables show it as such.)
