Well, they are taunting each other, and one is comparing the other jet with a "trabi" (familiar name for the Trabant, the old small cheap car from former east germany).
I don't remember the details, and my german is rusted ^^

Well, on the short version there IS English subtitle. OH yes, the good old Trabi era :) You may will not believe it, but this chassis was made of hard paper !
