Doesn't IVAP do weather smoothing, regardless of FSUIPC version? (I have paid for FSUIPC, with have all the smoothing turned on, and ActiveSky 6 for weather, so I don't remember exactly what the weather features in IVAP are...)

regarding IVAP weather smoothing, does it work for offline flying?
