Tiscali broadband

EHM-1838 Andrew:
Has anybody here suddenly started to have problems with Tiscali broadband.?I have used it for years now both dial up and broadband and despite what Ive read about poor service have always been very pleased with it UNTIL NOW !i keep getting cut of all the time .This started about three days ago and is BLOODY irritating.Has anybody else started experiencing this?

No that is what i will try next.I have used there E-mail help line and they have been very helpful but they have actually suggested that i do call the helpline because they can do tests to check my line.

I've had exactly the same problem with Tiscali for a couple of months now but I've just kind of put up with it...

If you get any joy with the helpline I'd be interested as I'll give them a go if they're any good...

I must admit, I have PIPEX ADSL and they are pretty good although PLUS NET seem to be the best rated ADSL provider at the moment. If you use the ADSL GUIDE Comparison checker, you see that Tiscali don't come off very well, expecially in the area of Customer Service.
