Screenshots how do i attach to E-mail?

I have just downloaded FScreen(Thanks Merlin)and it is working fine,But!how do i attach the screenshots to an E-mail?

click on attatch file....and then click on the file you saved...you may want to save it as a JPEG first...then send...
