In IVAC, how do you get other sectors apart from the ones they give you?

Look on the division pages for the country you want.

Another choice is just ask on the forums (here or IVAO-GB - assuming it's a GB field you're talking about. There's still a remarkable amount of cross-over between our two organisations)

And/or finally, get an ASRC/VRC sector and "fix" it for IVAC - not actually all that difficult to do, just time consuming...

IVAO Sectorfile generator: http://ivao.aero/db/pc/facility.asp - once downloaded you will probably want to rename it to something useful (ie. from 21354.sct to LFPG_TWR.sct)
