EHM-1612 Paolo:
Hi all,
just done two long haul flights with Singapore airlines, and I read that SIA is the first airline to fly on passenger route the A380. They want to fly it on the "cangaroo rute" that is Singapore, Sydney, London. I read also that they will fly it first during the summer2006 (but I am not sure about this). I think that this date will be delayed after Airbus problems.

EHM-1633 José:
The T4 terminal building entered in service in February and is the largest civil building in Europe. By itself can deal with 35 million people a year and its used by Oneworld alliance airlines.

Don“t know where th first A380 to land in Madrid is going to come from. But the fact is that here in Madrid we are ready.;D

EHM-0361 Karsten:
from an article on www.airportbusiness.com:

--- Quote --- Airbus said it will make good on its promise to deliver the first A380 to Singapore Airlines before the end of the year, but would likely limit delivery of the aircraft in 2007 to nine, instead of the 20 to 25 initially planned. Deliveries in 2008 and 2009 also will be scaled significantly, the company said.

EHM-0361 Karsten:
It's a good thing we haven't ordered any A380. I have just seen on airportbusiness that Airbus has once again reduced the number of A380 they are going to delivere in 2007. First it went from 25 to 9, and now it gone down to fewer then 4.

EHM-1798 Conrad:
Yep heard on the radio today that Airbus have announced a 10 month delay to Emirates.
