Embraer 170 Ladder

Hey.
Does anybody know how to extend the ladder on the Embraer 170?  The door opens with Shift E and according to the manual the ladder should extend with Shift E 2 but this just seems to close the door again.

Did you press the keys right? Press Shift + E and a millisecond after that you press 2 :)

Nope.  I tried that one.  Still just closes the door and brings up a panel.  I guess it could be due to my keyboard settings being changed at some point.

EHM-1001 Robert:
It is written in their manual that Shift + E +2 does the trick :s If a panel pops up then you was fast enough. ;) Try to press Shift + E, then suddenly release Shift and press fastly 2.
