GB Airspace

Just so you guys know, the GB has undergone a major re-sectorisation.

Everything is changed, please check this link to learn about it!

You can find information, sector files and a temporay IVAE update before the main IVAE update is released later this week.

EDIT:
Also, some people havnt been understanding one thing.

Basicly all departures now go straight to an area controller (CTR) _APP no longer handles departures in England ;) or Wales.

App still handles arrivals though :) just like real world.

Thanks for the announcement. Any chance of a screeny where the UK outline is a little more obvious?

Hi Murray, if you download the sectorfile the country borders there may be more suited to your eyes :P

Hehehe... I was thinking of those that don't spend a vast amount of time in UK airspace but know what the country looks like (already have my "portable" IVAE updated, and I'm taking the sector files home on my thumby tonight... S6 in da house, mo fo...;) )

UPDATE: Is it just me, or has ivaogbpages.com been "slashdotted"? And I've just seen Conrad's note about departure control... no more _DEP, basically?
