Can\'t submit PIREP

Hi all,
I can't submit a PIREP for my latest flight. My profile says that I am Flight Captain, after 20 hours and some minutes logged. However the roster still has me as STC, and when I submit my PIREP for my A319 flight this morning, it says that I have used an aircraft above my rank, and throws the report out.

The rank problem was reported a few minutes ago by the MT and I am on it right now.

Expect it to be fixed in 20 minutes.

The ranks seem to be normal again, but I don't have time to have a good look at the cause. (just got back from 2 final school exams and I have another one tomorrow)
