Training Event.

I've noticed that there had been some training events before the big crash. So do any of you know what happens in them.

I was thinks of a training event were some people do ATC and new people to online flying (like me) try out things. Like what to say and stuff. And also how to do SIDs/STARs

I have never been able to do any online flying so a training event would be a great idea.
