The plane in the foreground is British, maybe given to the Norwegians to help defend against the German invasion in 1940? 2nd guess: the Vought Chesapeake (British version of the American SB2U Vindicator).

I knew that it is on the engine, and anyway the windows will always give away the Caravelle.
