Open panel.cfg in favourite text editor and search the main panel session to gauge 20.

Insert a correct and readable variometer (Backup ADI, very poor functional, HSI show up to flight 13 degrees, backup ADI 1-2 degeees position)

gauge20=c17!backup_adi, 254,333,70,70 - change to

gauge20=737-400.vertical-speed,  254,333,70,70

And insert a new line at last gauge from main panel sesson (Pitch trim indicator, under gear light indicator):
gauge69=737-400!Pitch Trim,  606,370,23,48
