IVAO Vid problems

EHM-1883 Matt:
I tried to log into IVAO, and it says I need a new password. So, I click on the send password button, it asks for my vid which is 213435, and it says there's no member with that VID. I went to the GB division, and my name is still there, and I'm still active, so what's going on?

I would wait and let them do their work, and then request a new password. If it still won't work, contact the IVAO Members Department.
