Maybe he got late instructions from ATC to decelerate! LOL "Cleared to land make speed 250 knots until 1 DME!" :]

Phil, ATC instructions in IVAO U.S? I wish! I had a chat with my first officer after the flight and it seems that he has not a clear idea yet about which lever corresponds to flaps and which one to speed brakes :$
