FS2004 Tweaking to 45 fps!

FS2004 uses MSXML4 weather you use .NET 3.0 or a different version. Says Hans Hartmann. And I believe him ;)

I know that the FS is developed in non-safe mode, so I understand your point. But, one thing is sure, and it's a fact: The FS really gets some performance improvements when doing that ;D ...
