Problem Uploading Screenshot

Hi there... long time EHM pilot first time screenshot posting. I re-sized my large JPG file to 800x600 but, unfortunately, it is still more than 150k (183k) .... if I resize it smaller the pic is not accepted (not 800x600) ... I'm not sure how to re-size my pic so it meets to 800x600 and < 150k criteria. Any suggestions?

What picture editing software are you using? With mine (payware I'm afraid) it gives you the option to decrease or increase the quality when you save, resulting in a smaller or larger file size respectively.

Try a Google search for 'freeware picture editing software' and see what pops up...

I use Rapidshot to take the picture.... Irfanview to resize.

EHM-1343 Jonathan:
i use Photoshop to resize, and there is a function that allows you to adjust the quality when you save...this works for me...
