Seeking permission

I am not too sure who to ask so here goes, as you might have seen I use my own special Dakar Livery for the PMDG 1900, it is partly Euroharmony livery. Can I upload this to AVSIM at all to make it available to all other pilots who seem to like it ?

Hi Jay,

Unfortunately for you, this is not allowed. The EuroHarmony name, logo and livery are copyrighted by EuroHarmony and may not be reproduced without permission from the management.

To get permission, our Fleet Manager (Robert) will have to check it out. Besides that, the President and owner of EHM, Bruno, will have to give permission too. Anyone else of the MT can vote against it too. Due to the fact that we already have a Dakar livery, I am afraid your chance to get permission is very low.

Yeap Maarten said it all.

I respect your great effort on that, but even so we had "closed our eyes" to the fact that you use another livery different from our official one.
As you know we have the event livery that must be used ...  And it's the only one that is permited for. :s
But, this time you can continue using it, as long as next time you ask us first ;D ..

I took the silence as a yes, sorry I will ask next time. I was hoping for the repaint for the PMDG of the official livery as well, is that still coming ?

I have no problems with it that you use it on your flights. However, it is not allowed to upload it to other websites.
