North American Tours

Hi

Just wondering what you gentlemen would prefer in the way of tours. Just like the 'Autumn in the Alps' tour, I think that we need a tour in the Americas, and I have set up this poll so we can see what kind of tour you would like to see first...

I have plans to produce two tours, maybe three.

[*]An IFR Tour of the entire USA, going all around coast
[*]VFR Tour in the Southern States
[*]VFR tour of the Antilles in around the Caribbean

Personally I would prefer the last option, because it would be much more fun, and it is something original...

What kind of leg lengths/times are you considering? An IFR round the edge in 1 172 could take a looooooooong time.

I like either of the VFR tours (I prefer VFR on tours) - Caribbean sounds fun, as long as it isn't full of three hour trips over nothing but ocean ;)

Tim, I think for the IFR tour it will be your choice of any plane in the fleet. In a jet, I hope the tour legs don't exceed one hour.

Carribbean woudl also be my choice although with so many exciting things happenning here, my upcoming on-line captain exam at IVAO and work, I hope I will have time to participate.

But this sounds like the most fun out of them all, as long as it is not 3hrs over oceans like Iain said.
