Help with screenshots

Hey.. ive taken some screenshots but when i try to upload them i cant because the are not 800x600 pixels, how can i change them so they can fit?

You will need to use a Photo/Picture editing tool to resize them. If you do not have Photoshop elements or something like that then try downloading one of the thousands of free editors like PICASA from:
http://picasa.google.co.uk/download/index.html

Also, MS Paint *will* do resizing.

For reasons I've never understood the function is in the "Image" menu, called "Stretch/Skew".

To be honest though, you'll be far better off grabbing something a little better specified, so you can at least make minor modifications to your pictures without having to fight the software.
