I think UKKK should be added to the list - I just flew a class 5 into that airport and it's a bit tight. We currently use it for class 4,5,6 main and cargo (5900 ft rwy).

Passenger traffic should probably use UKBB (13100 and 11500ft), cargo UKKM (11500 ft).
