Hi,

As I don't understand from the posts above whether the document download in itself works or not, please note that "Windows cannot open the file" could mean that no PDF reader is installed and properly registered to open PDF files.

It may look like an obvious advice but every one of us has newly installed PCs from time to time...

In other words Hunter - you need to make sure your computer has a program called 'Adobe Acrobat' installed as this is the software that opens PDF files. If not go to this website and download 'Adobe Reader'.
