Cobalt European pilot?
EHM-1703 Philip:
Well as far as I recall if you have the European Capitals you should have the Cobalt European Pilot but we will have to wait for official confirmation from Bruno, Maarten or Murray who can look at the scripts!
EHM-2097 Andrei:
Hi,
I spent a few days too trying to figure out what places are among the 40 required but not included in the capitals tour. Eventually I got the award after flying to/from Gibraltar, Israel and Greenland (in this order, plus the completed tour).
So I may be wrong, but I think that the "european" airports are those starting with B, E and L. This could explain why the capital tour is not enough because it contains the 3 U: Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. The ICAO Europe is a little different from the political one :)
But again, only the code behind the award engine can tell for sure...
Cheers
Andrei
EHM-1199 Philip:
That is the best advice ever. Many thanks Avat. I'm going to make those flights my next priorities and will report back. Wouldn't it be great to know that the european capitals tour plus those countries you mention makes the european cobalt award.
Cheers.
EHM-1671 Ben:
If you have completed the European Capitals Tour, then you should have been awarded the Cobalt Pilots badge since the tour covers all the countries (to my knowledge - at least that's how I got it!). If not, we can manually add it after the scripts have been checked ;)
EHM-0654 Murray:
I can confirm that when you finish the CapEuro tour you should indeed get both it and the Cobalt Pilots badge (assuming you've not previously flown to all 40 countries), and all I can say is "Poo!", 'cause I was sure we got this one fixed...
I'll sort the award for you Phil (EHM-1199) and have *another* look at the award script...
EDIT: Awards applied to both Phil and Daniel. Anyone else, just let me know here, otherwise wait for the repairs I'll be making to the award script tomorrow...
