FS2004 Fireworks Effect help

I need some help getting the fireowrks to appear when i want it.

As seen above, im trying to get the fireworks to show on 8th August, 1400z to 1420z but it does not show up. I've tried making it appear without limitations to when it appears and it does so with no problems. Any help would be appreciated ;D

Sorry Javier, I haven't played with the effects files in FS2004 so I can't give you an answer although the syntax looks correct!

Have you tried searching the Avsim Forum or googling this question - that normally brings me solutions when stuck !

Just tried a Google search myself and found this scenery developers' forum which deals with effects.

Item 15 deals with the question of setting time parameters so may be of use..?

I got it to work, turns out the problem was that it only happened every minute for 1 second. after reading the link you gave me, i added in the Duration part and it worked perfectly ;D Thanks!!! ;D;D;D
