PMDG 744in-flight engine shutdown

My number two engine shutdown in flight, and now I can't get it started again.
I have tried all sorts off fuel configs but it seems it won't give the engine fuel anymore??

Any ideas?

Just seen an Air Crash Investigation episode on NGC. Engine 4 stopped on a 747 and they could not restart it on FL350. It is said, it is normal. They should descend to FL100 for a successfull engine start.

Is not it possible that you cannot restart engine on cruise level in PMDG ? I am just guessing, have not tried emergency situations...

I tried a manual shutting down with Fuel Valve on FL350. It gave me an error message on EICAS, to descend to FL250. But when I turned on Continous Ignition and Both starters buttons, I could spin it up mid-flight even at high altitude. I did not changed any fuel config.

I do not know if it is a real simulation, but it just worked. Also it is important on the ground to shut down air bleed while engine is started.

It shut down at the same time as the CTR fueltank was empty and i swithced off the fuel pumps, I decended down to 25000ft and tried to restart sevral times, got the engine running but i got no fuel, no matter how I configured the fuelsystem.

I need to do some research here......:%
