EuroBusiness v4 Released...

Would it be possible to have this beauty for Eurobusiness fleet? It's only US$ 70 MM

Good pilots keep their number of landings equal to their number of takeoffs. Takeoffs are optional but landings are Mandatory.

Hi Niels, the new Version 4 download includes 2 different liveries, a standard livery and a Boeing worldliner livery. (In the variation drop down box you should see Boeing 777 VIP & Boeing 777 WorldLiner) There is no download for PSS as at the moment there is no support for PSS products.

Thanks.

I appreciate that peoples time is limited and it probably takes a Lot of time to add and change flights etc,but i also fly for another VA which uses real world schedules for there aircraft and there are lots of real world flights for 747s 777s etc of mid range ie fifteen hundred miles  and less.
As to using the 4x acceleration i am one of the strange fellows who has to do all flights in real time.(Even though it has on one occasion resulted in me falling asleep and pouring beer all over myself ;D).
Lets hope that in the future there will time to add some of these mid rangers.
All the best
Andy

Hi Andy, Can you point me in the direction of this real world airline as I have just spent about an hour on the OAG website and I cant find a regular scheduled route of less than 1500 nm from any of our hubs operated by a 744 or 777. (I actually couldn't find a route from anywhere of this length!)
Many thanks.

Hello Phil
The VA iam talking about is Airsource where there are lots of flights for 747,777s which are 1500 nm or less, but these may not be  to and from the EU Hubs.
Cheers Andy

Hi Folks

in some cases real world airlines use these kind of planes for short flights in peak times on their busiest routes. Perhaps we can do so, too.

for example two years ago I flew with Lufthansa from Munich (EDDM) to Frankfurt (EDDF) in an Airbus A300-600. So they use an medium to long range plane for an GCD of only about 190 nm.

Kind regards

Manuel

I think the confusion was due to:

In reality the 747SP has only been seen in Japan and I have personally flow the A340 from Shannghai to Hong Kong but then there's 1.5 billion Chinese, isn't there?

Andy you need to be aware of that some of the RL schedules you find at that VA can be as old as 2005. I think that's around the time the automatic update of the database was canceled.

Hi all

Now I have a totally different question.
I want tu use an A320 panel on our new A318 Elite.
My problem ist, that the panel is showing the speed bugs automatically and only for the A320 -
for example an approach speed of 120 kts and if you go below that speed there is an security mechanism that speeds you up to about 130 - 140 kts.
As the typical approach speed for the A318 is 110 kts the landings are rather bumpy.

Can I somehow adust the speedbugs in my panel?

Kind regards

Hi Manuel,

it is possible that the panel "have" control on your A/P settings, like an FMC would do. I think you cannot avoid this bug at that A320 panel.

The systems that raises you speed is prably the alpha-floor system, which detects a situation that would end in a stall. Therefor it corrects the speed to a safe setting.
If you can find where this systemis in the panel you can probly alter it.
