ivao vs Vatsim FSinn vs SB

hey guys new to euroharmony so hello.

few questions i have first i have been a keen member of vatsim for over 2 years now i am a registered user of IVAO but never been able to connect to there network,

reasons for this are because i cant get FSINN to work properly even before connection just having it loaded FSINN kills fs9 to 0 frames per second whilst normally i get 50 fps with all the display settings maxed?

i do know SB3 with FS9 is good for vatsim but does anyone know how to connect to IVAO using SB3 or do i have to try and do it with an older SB???

would prefer FSinn but cant figure out the performance problems with or with out firewalls tuned on and i dont have any antivirus at the moment?

any ideas thanks in advance

I have problems with FSINN my self, think that my problem is because I'm running FS2004 on Vista, but I don't know. But I think that Vatsim is the best network to fly on, when you are familiar to it :) Stay with us at Vatsim dude
