US Airmail Pioneers Event 2009

<< < (4/12) > >>

EHM-2470 kivanc:
Thanks for the answers,

I would like to sign up:

Kivanc, EHM-2470 with JU-52 (FS2004).

Similar to Bruce, I had installation problem with 'Douglas' but the problem is solved by the addition of the text; thanks Dominic.

EHM-2131 Bruce:
Thanks all, texture now working fine, just had a trial flight with the DC3, all Ok apart from Taxi still to work that out Regard Bruce-T

EHM-0654 Murray:
The big trick with all trail-draggers Bruce is extra-fine throttle control and differential braking. Get it moving with both throttles, then you can high-speed corner by engine power (wide-circles) and low-speed corner with differential brakes (tight-circles). The only other thing to point out (which many forget) is that the center of rotation is under the main wheels (the wings) on a tail dragger, not the nose, like all your modern airliners.

EHM-1465 Dominic:
Just for any of you who are undecided about which aircraft to choose, if you've had a look at the DC-3 video I posted in this thread then have a look at this Tribute to the JU-52 for some balance ;)

Both great planes for this Event anyway :}

EHM-1417 Tamas:
Tamas Biro (EHM-1417).  FS2004 and maam DC3. I hope second Airmail complected. :) Pls writing up pilot list and  sent DC3 starter keys my mailbox. :)
