Aircraft painting competition.

EHM-1001 Robert:
You may heard, that MALÉV Hungarian Airlines have raised a competition during the summer for painting the fleet's newcomer airplane, the so-called "ugly plane": Bombardier (Dash-8) Q400. The task was to paint on something that delivers Hungarian spirit throughout Europe. The winner design will be painted on the real airplane: HA-LQD. You can read about the competition in more details at www.malev.com

I also entered the competition with 3 designs, one of these went through and got into Top20 selection ! MAny of the jury members said I have a good chance for winning it. The project is in a bit delay, but probably soon, visitor voting will be started on the website. If you like the design (or any other) please support it by voting. As soon there will be a link, I will post it here.

And finally some images of my design (showing flowers in folk motifs). Screenshots made with applying paint on Dreamwings Q400 model in FS2004.

Suddenly the voting appeared, but only on the hungarian site, and they selected the worst of all my images for presentation :) You need to register, so if you would not like to bother with this stuff, no problem ;)

The link is: http://www.malev.hu/szavazas but be aware it is a very very slow page ! At the bottom you can select the paintwork and give your data, as (fill in everything otherwise vote is invalid):
- family name
- first name
- phone number
- e-mail
