No voice on VATSIM

Hello,

I used to fly on line with VATSIM (voice receive only). I am now using a new computer with windows 7 and have downloaded Sqwakbox. However, I can't hear the communications as I was used to nor can I receive voice. I appreciate that this is an additionnal burden for busy controllers who have to use text. Also ,I loose some realism not hearing anybody communicating. How should I configure voice? Any input is welcome! Thks in advance,
