Strange pro pilot score

Hi,

I have just completed the third leg of the Wild Tour using version 3 of FLOGGER, and finshed with no penalties,  However, I have received nearly -100 points.  I started off on -10128.70 (no laughing!), and ended up on -10214.70.   ??? ???   Any ideas?
