Deadhead Change

EHM-1997 Alexander:
The following changes have been made to the deadhead system to improve availability of flights:

1. Deadheads will now take a maximum of 24 hours to occur

2. If you have not flown for a week, your deadhead will be near instantaneous (no more than 10 minutes)

3. I made a teensy weensy technical slip and all pilots will find themselves returned to their hub (unless they were in the air at the time). Please use the deadhead feature to select a location of preference. Any deadhead set tonight will ignore the 24 hour rule.
