A new tour in preparation
EHM-2758 Peter:
Has it got to do with South-African insects, perhaps?
EHM-2097 Andrei:
I can boldly state the tour has nothing with South-African insects!
However I cannot that easily dismiss David's suggestion, it's a strange coincidence indeed... or is it?
Andrei
EHM-2589 David:
Maybe is something that I really like to fly and I missed twice: the US Airmail Pioneers Event, cause I'm an "old newbie"... nevertheless, as you wrote Andrei, Second clue: 2581 or 2586, could be NM and if it is, this is the distance between KJFK-KSFO. So I guess US Airmail Pioneers third version, but in a tour. Actually, I've a little question, just arrived @ KSFO, is possible to fly one of the lovely DC-3 (PP-A41; PP-A43; PP-A48; PP-A50; PP-A52 Douglas DC-3 Operational @ KSFO) in PP flight ???. Thanks for your help. :)
EHM-0654 Murray:
Hmm, if memory serves, the DC-3 (my favourite plane in the fleet, it really must be said, and X-P just got a stunning looking DC-3) is in the museum fleet, so not available for PP (or is it... Alex/Dom, care to comment?). Dear Daddy Dom, please can we run the Airmail Pioneers event one more time, please? ;D
EHM-1465 Dominic:
All Museum planes can be flown as if they were Main Fleet planes of the equivalent 'rank' so you can fly a DC-3 on any Class 1 route, including PP flights ;)
And if enough people would like to fly the Airmail Pioneers Event again then of course we can do that in due course... But let's get back to the new Tour :)
