"not working" in the most precise way so
that we can suggest a solution or fix the
darn bug. :)

When you guys say it's not working, what
do you mean? You double click on its icon and
nothing happens? You see the interface but
the badge is not created? These are the details
that would allow us to narrow the search and
eventually find the solution!

Additionally, remember to read the readme
file that comes with it. There are a few important
notes.

So correct me if I am wrong... the award system is automated, right? I mean the requests are not checked by a member of the administration, but only by the scripts. If this is correct, then the award should be given imediatly, if the conditions are met.
Well, I requested the Online Silver Medal (for 10hrs) last night, but it's still not on my awards page.

Correction: the award system is not automated, and yes, the requests are checked by a member of the administration.
