I noticed that since August my flights reported to IVAO are still in a Pending condition. Am I doing something wrong?

 I have quite a few pending myself mate, can only put it down to staff shortage or the like.

It could help if each hub appoints their own reviewers?
What are the parameters to review in the IVAO Pirep?
