Title: A pleasant surprise!
Post by: EHM-1838 Andrew on July 22, 2011, 12:30:25 pm
Thanks Michael Dalton for your PAirbus A320.
I had forgotten I had also requested that re-paint. I don't no what it is about IFDGs buses, but they always seem to perform badly on my PC (Stuttery ,and just not right) PAs are always fine though.
good news
Will fly tonight.
Andy ;)

So that's why testing the links is a good idea ;)

Should be fixed.

The link is now working, I have downloaded the model, but had to install manually into on of my own PAs. The installation instructions that come with the package are rather confuse a cat. (At least they were for me  ::))
cheers Andy

I have just downloaded the PAirbus 320 and used the link that says this may be all you need for FS9 and that takes you to a Delta Airlines model. This seems easier to install than the other link.
However I have one issue. The aircraft seems, immediately after take-off, to go into a very steep angle and I have to struggle to stop the speed fallling and having a stall on my hands. It seems to be OK once the wheels are retracted, the autopilot is engaged and the flaps up. Am I doing something wrong on take-off or do I need to make some adjustment to the airfile? I don't have this problem with the iFDG model although, with it I find that the climb to cruising altitude is extremely slow..........which is why I decided to try the PA version.
